OUR FUTURE İS İN OUR HANDS

Observations and research conducted in the last 30 years have revealed that our world is warming unexpectedly. Between February 2023 and January 2024, the global temperature increase exceeded the critical threshold of 1.5 degrees C for the first time. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which is the most serious scientific authority in detecting the situation of global climate change, determining the measures that can be taken to stop this change and adapt  to it, summarized the climate change situation in three words in its assessment report published in March 2022: widespread, rapid and intensifying. According to the report, it is predicted that the choices and actions we will make in the current 10 years will affect us for thousands of years.
